HAOKUN Scissor Lift Electric Auxiliary Self-Propelled

The HAOKUN auxiliary self-propelled scissor lift is equipped with a ground-level control panel featuring three key components: a battery level indicator gauge , a directional joystick with a wood-grain knob for intuitive forward/reverse and left/right steering, and an AC/DC power mode selector switch.

A bubble level indicator is mounted above the joystick to assist the operator in verifying ground levelness before lifting. This panel gives the walking operator complete and precise control of the machine's ground travel from a natural standing position alongside the machine.

Platform height adjustment is controlled by a COB 61H rain-proof push button switch box rated at AC250V/5A. The compact orange enclosure features two clearly arrow-marked directional buttons (up ↑ / down ↓) for smooth platform raising and lowering, and a large red mushroom-head emergency stop button for immediate platform halt in any situation.

The rain-proof (IP-rated) construction ensures reliable operation in humid or wet indoor environments such as food processing facilities or cold-storage warehouses.

The ergonomic tubular push handle allows the ground operator to comfortably guide and manoeuvre the machine by hand when the drive motor is not engaged. A secondary lift control push button box is mounted at handle height, allowing the operator to raise and lower the platform without leaving the driving position.

This dual-position control arrangement maximizes operational efficiency during tasks that require frequent platform height adjustment.

The integrated boarding ladder features multiple diamond-plate non-slip steel steps finished in the machine's signature blue, providing a safe and stable access route to the work platform.

The step surfaces are stamped with a raised diamond pattern to maximize grip in all footwear types. The ladder is positioned at the end of the chassis for easy operator boarding and alighting without obstruction from the scissor mechanism.

The lifting system employs a high-precision hydraulic cylinder paired with a high-efficiency DC drive motor. The cylinder is precision-machined for smooth, jitter-free platform travel throughout the full working height range. The compact DC motor delivers responsive and energy-efficient power for both the hydraulic lift pump and the ground-drive system, drawing from the onboard battery for zero-emission indoor operation.

The full ground control area brings together the battery gauge, directional joystick, AC/DC selector, and lift push-button control in a clearly organized, accessible layout. The machine chassis is prominently labelled "WALK SPEED CANT EXCEED 5KM/H" as a mandatory safety reminder, ensuring operators maintain safe walking-pace travel at all times.

This integrated control zone is designed for single-operator use, keeping all controls within comfortable reach during normal operation.

An electric audible warning horn is mounted on the machine chassis to alert bystanders during machine travel in busy indoor environments such as warehouses and factories. The horn provides a clear and loud audible warning signal to improve workplace safety and prevent collisions with personnel or equipment. It is activated by the operator from the ground-level control panel during manoeuvring operations.
